What GoWinLotto is
GoWinLotto is a free lottery information site. We publish the latest official winning numbers for Powerball and Mega Millions, show how often each number has been drawn, and offer a free number generator that can build picks from historical draw data.
Where our numbers come from
Draw results are pulled automatically every hour from the New York State open data portal (data.ny.gov), which publishes official winning numbers for both games. Statistics such as hot, overdue and frequency counts are calculated by us from that same history and refresh whenever a new drawing is added.
How the number generator works
You choose a game and a style: hot numbers, overdue numbers, a balanced mix, or pure random. The tool then builds lines using a secure random generator, weighted by the historical data when you pick a data-based style. It also tells you whether a line has ever been drawn before.
Important: every lottery drawing is random and independent. Past results do not change future odds, and no tool, including ours, can predict winning numbers. The generator is for fun and convenience only.
Play responsibly
Lottery tickets should be treated as entertainment. Only spend what you can afford to lose, and you must meet your state’s minimum age to play. If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) or visit ncpgambling.org.
Independence and trademarks
GoWinLotto is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Powerball, Mega Millions, the Multi-State Lottery Association, or any state lottery. Game names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the games whose results we report. We do not sell lottery tickets and do not accept wagers.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep results correct, but delays and errors can happen. Always confirm winning numbers with your official state lottery before claiming a prize. If you spot a mistake, please contact us.
